After checkout, your order appears under Services in the Tavern Portal. A new service may show as Pending while it is being prepared. When it is ready, its status changes to Active.
Your next step
- Share: Open Services, choose your service, and select Details. You will see the connection information available for that product. Use the Library Manager link for requests, media issues, and additional service tools.
- Appbox: Open Services, select Details, then open that service in Library Manager. Plex Appboxes must be claimed before normal use. Tautulli is optional and can be installed afterward.
If a paid order remains Pending for an unusual amount of time, open a support ticket. Please do not place the same order again.
