Your access details are kept with the service so you do not need to search old emails.
- Sign in to the Tavern Portal.
- Open Services.
- Find the active share and select Details.
- Use the displayed connection URL, username, or password. The copy buttons make it easy to move them into your app.
Different share types
- Plex shares: Use the Plex account/email attached to your order. Accept the Plex invitation if Plex asks you to.
- Emby, Jellyfin, or Silo shares: Add the shown connection URL to the matching app, then enter the displayed username and password.
For more control, select Open this service in Library Manager. Library Manager is where you can request media, report media problems, view server access, and manage the tools available to your plan.
Keep your login private. If access stops working, check that the service is Active before opening a support ticket.
