Library Manager contains the media and service tools that go beyond basic billing.
How to open it
- Select Library Manager in the Portal sidebar to open your main Library Manager page.
- For a specific product, open Services > Details > Open this service in Library Manager.
It opens in a new tab and signs you in automatically. You should not need to enter a second password.
Main tools
- Discover, Movies, and TV Shows: find available content or submit a request.
- My Requests: follow requests from submission through availability.
- My Issues: track media problems you reported.
- My Services: open each share or Appbox and view its tools.
- Server Manager: view or manage server access when available.
Appboxes can also show Overview, Metrics, Features, Management, access, maintenance, and optional tools such as Tautulli. The exact tools depend on your product, so it is normal if another customer sees different options.
