Use Library Manager when something you want is not already available.
- Open Library Manager from the Portal sidebar.
- Select Movies or TV Shows under Discover.
- Search for the title and open the correct result. Check the year and artwork when titles are similar.
- Select Request. For a TV show, choose the season or episodes if asked.
- Open My Requests to follow its status.
What the statuses mean
- Pending: the request is waiting to be reviewed or processed.
- Approved/Processing: the system is trying to obtain it.
- Available: it has been added to the appropriate library.
- Denied/Failed: open the request for any explanation before submitting it again.
A request is not an instant download. Availability and completion time depend on whether the title can be found in a usable format.
Search carefully before requesting so duplicate versions of the same title are not submitted.
