Role syncing normally happens automatically. A manual sync is useful after a new purchase, renewal, service change, or Discord relink.
Quick method
- Look at the Account card near the bottom of the Portal sidebar.
- Select the small refresh icon labeled Sync Discord Roles.
- Wait for the confirmation message.
Profile method
- Open Profile > Discord.
- Confirm the correct Discord account is linked.
- Select Sync Roles.
If a role is still missing
- Confirm the related service is Active and its invoice is paid.
- Confirm you are in the Tavern Discord server.
- Make sure the linked Discord account is the one you are checking.
- Remember that protected or higher roles cannot be changed by the bot.
If those checks pass, open a support ticket and include the missing role and affected service.
